1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the casinoplusph platform available at casinoplusph.top (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the casinoplusph Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2 Eligibility

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the casinoplusph Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

casinoplusph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money games on casinoplusph, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a secure password. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active casinoplusph account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If casinoplusph determines that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and any winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your casinoplusph account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. casinoplusph will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify casinoplusph customer support immediately via live chat.

3.4 Identity Verification

casinoplusph is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to provide a government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

casinoplusph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be introduced from time to time and will be displayed on the Platform's cashier page.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. casinoplusph reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page and are subject to change.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank typically complete within the same business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the casinoplusph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). casinoplusph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the Player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

casinoplusph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the promotion. Unused bonuses expire at the end of the validity period.
• casinoplusph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless otherwise stated.
• casinoplusph reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the promotion system, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play.
• Players who have opted for self-exclusion are not eligible to receive or use bonuses during the exclusion period.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the casinoplusph Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Creating or operating more than one casinoplusph account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any deposit made to your casinoplusph account in bad faith.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing casinoplusph staff or other players through any communication channel.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the casinoplusph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of casinoplusph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the casinoplusph Platform without prior written consent from casinoplusph.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, casinoplusph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

casinoplusph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. casinoplusph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, casinoplusph's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

9 Responsible Gaming

casinoplusph is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players on the Platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, players are strongly encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered casinoplusph players at no cost:

10 Termination

• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• At casinoplusph's sole discretion for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination for cause, casinoplusph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting casinoplusph customer support via live chat.

11 Amendments

casinoplusph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, casinoplusph will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the casinoplusph Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to casinoplusph customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction.
